Whether you're new to Kundalini Yoga or have an established practice, you are warmly welcome.

We'll be surrounded by a beautiful collection of ancient Persian rugs, creating a truly magical setting for our practice. There is no need to bring a yoga mat, we'll be gathering and meditating on these timeless carpets.

Just bring water, a cushion and a blanket if you'd like to get extra cozy during the sound healing. Dress comfortably to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
